Planning for Our Future: Montgomery Planning Academy Graduation

It was an honor to graduate from the Montgomery County Community Planning Academy! Our “Team Prathertown” cohort of 6 members (including Maryland Corps) completed this course in conjunction with Project Management in Prathertown. This education helps us enhance our service delivery and impact in environmental science/conservation, energy electrification, and home modifications, community gardening/fighting food insecurity and advocacy for residents in historic Prathertown to help avoid erasurer, overdevelopment and encroachment.

We thank Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development Secretary, Jake Day, Montgomery Planning Board Chair, Artie Harris, Planning Director Jason Sartori and many thought-leaders for this amazing program.
