​The HEECAP (Home Energy Efficiency and Clean Air Program) is an application for Montgomery County Maryland homeowners. HEECAP helps eligible households reduce energy bills, improve comfort, and lower emissions through measures such as insulation, air sealing, heat pump installation, and battery or solar incentives...AT NO COST for income-eligible homeowners while grant funding lasts!. We are here to help with energy-efficient home improvements such as HVAC, dishwasher/stove replacements, and other electrification and green energy improvements.
